The controller is Kinosonik Riders, based in Spain, contact at riders@kinosonik.com.

• User management (registration, authentication, and account maintenance).
• Technical analysis of documents (“riders”) using proprietary systems and AI modules.
• Service-related communications and notifications.
• Subscription and payment management through secure platforms such as Stripe.
• Internal control, statistics, and service improvement.

Processing is based on contract execution, user consent, and legal obligations.

4. Data retention

Data are kept while the account is active and later for the legally required period.

5. Recipients and transfers

Servers at Hetzner (EU), file storage at Cloudflare R2, and payments via Stripe. No data are transferred outside the EEA without proper safeguards.

6. User rights

Users may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability rights by emailing riders@kinosonik.com.

7. Information security

Kinosonik Riders applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

8. Minors

The service targets music industry professionals and is not intended for minors under 16. No age-related data are collected or verified.
