Tutorial for technical users

Reading time: under 5 minutes.

GOAL: have a validated rider with a unique URL to share it, and leave behind the “this is not the right rider” nightmare.
Upload the rider

It must be a PDF, up to 10 MB.

From the section Your riders, at the top you have the form Upload new rider (PDF).

Fill in description and reference, select the PDF and upload it.

The new rider appears in the list below. On the right you have the available actions, which change depending on the rider status.

For a newly uploaded rider, the available actions are:

Lets you edit the Description and Reference fields. Use to confirm or to cancel.

Press it to re-upload the modified rider while keeping the rest of the data.

Always available: opens the PDF in a new window.

Always available: permanently deletes the rider and all associated data. Irreversible.

Analyze the rider

Click the icon on the rider row to go to the page Rider analysis with AI.

First step: you must fill in the metadata to run any analysis.

We go -ever- with a sound technician: tick it if the rider indicates there will be a sound tech.

We go -ever- with a lighting technician: tick it if there will be a lighting tech.

Estimated fee range: select the corresponding range. This data is not public and is used to optimize the system.

Heuristic AI vs Advanced AI
Heuristic AI

You have unlimited analyses with this AI. It was built specifically to target the most common issues we’ve found across hundreds of real riders.

In most cases it is more than enough: it helps you quickly understand the current state of your rider and detect inconsistencies, omissions, or structural errors before validating it.

Advanced AI

Advanced AI lets you go one step further. It uses an external advanced model (GPT-4o-mini) to better interpret results and help you make final decisions.

Use it when you need more context or explanations. Each subscription includes a limited number of yearly analyses (currently 60 analyses/year).

Finally, choose whether you want to spend a credit on Advanced AI.

When everything is OK, press to continue.

Note: to optimize cost and time, the system avoids repeating identical analyses (same PDF and same engine version). If you change the document, you can re-analyze.

The system will place your rider in the analysis queue. You can wait or keep browsing.

Validate the rider

On the page Rider analysis with AI or in the section Your riders, click the icon to view the AI results.

There you will get the analysis results. Your goal? Achieve a score above 80 points.

All riders that pass an analysis receive the pending seal status .

If the rider scores below 80 points, use the AI results to improve it, re-upload it, and run the analysis again.

With more than 80 points, this is how the actions section looks in the table at Your riders:

Access detailed reports of all AI analyses performed for this rider.

If the rider scores >80, you can seal it here through an automatic process .

Validated seal

Congratulations! Your rider has passed the analysis and received the seal.

Having a rider with means trust, consistency and traceability. From this point on, the rider is locked (not editable) and fully traceable: seal, QR, UID and date.

A seal with a unique QR, unique ID and validation date (month/year) is added to the top-right corner of the first page. The seal expires after 2 years by default, because a rider is a living document.

Publish the rider

A rider with a validated seal unlocks new actions: seal info, public page, visibility, and visit analytics.

Seal information

Click the icon and a modal will pop up with very useful information from now on.

The UID is the unique code that identifies your document. It is what we use to build the rider’s exclusive URL.

Here you can copy the URL or the PDF SHA-256 code, another unique code you can use to compare two “apparently” identical PDF files.

The URL is the same one encoded in the seal’s .

This is the web address you can send, from now on, to anyone who needs your rider.

If you prefer the “classic” approach, download the sealed PDF and send it through your usual channels: the does the heavy lifting.

View page

Direct access to your rider’s public view page.

If someone clicks your unique link or scans the , they will land on this exact page.

Rider visits

Whether the visitor is anonymous or logged in, clicking this icon lets you see who and when visited your rider’s URL.

Non-logged-in users do not have access to all available information.

Rider visibility in search

If you want your rider to appear in search, enable the option in the Your data section.

With you allow any registered user to find it. With you disable that.

Only registered users can search; this is not public indexing like Google.

If the icon is not active, it means you have not enabled search visibility.

Take control of changes

A rider with a validated seal cannot be edited. If it changes, the correct workflow is to upload a new version and expire the previous one.

The goal is to never miss any rider update.

First, upload the new rider with the changes you believe are needed.

Follow the full process to obtain the validation seal .

Now you can expire the original rider.

A rider with an expired seal enables the feature to automatically redirect to a new validated rider.

Select the validated rider from the corresponding list. That’s it.

From now on, anyone who reaches your rider’s unique URL will be warned that it is expired and will be redirected automatically.

If a logged-in user has subscribed to your rider, they will be notified immediately.

Now you are in control of your riders. Result: a URL that never breaks, even if the PDF changes.

Do not delete a rider if what you want is an update: deleted riders disappear from the system and are not auditable.
